Our produce

Quality avocados, from member farms to market.

We aggregate, grade and price avocados grown across our members' farms — delivering consistent quality that buyers can rely on.

Varieties

What we grow

Two proven avocado varieties suited to Zambian conditions and market demand.

Hass

The world's most in-demand avocado — pebbly skin that darkens when ripe, rich nutty flesh, and excellent storage and shipping life that makes it the premium choice for export.

Fuerte

A smooth, thin-skinned green variety with creamy, mild flesh. A dependable early performer, well suited to local and regional fresh markets.

Quality

Graded for every buyer

Every delivery is sorted so buyers know exactly what they're getting — and members are paid fairly for quality.

A

Premium, market-leading fruit — export and top retail grade.

B

Good quality for regional and local fresh markets.

C

Sound fruit for value markets and processing.

Reject

Below standard — separated out to protect the cooperative's quality reputation.
